All sales are final, this means we will not offer a return or refund once a purchase has been made. 

Duties and taxes

Unless otherwise stated our prices are exclusive of any import duties & taxes which may be due on delivery.

Damaged goods

Each book is hand packaged and sent to you by one of our team members with care and love (of course under Pino’s scrutinous eye), as such we are not liable for any books which are missing or damaged in transit. If you are unhappy with the quality of your book please contact us, Pino is always willing to accomodate.

 

Do you ship globally?

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. All packages are sent from Pino’s own kennel in Sydney, Australia, patience for the pup is appreciated.

Express post: Within 1-2 days once processed (non-metro locations may experience slight delays)

Regular: Within 5-8 days once processed.

We do not offer express postage for International/ global orders. Please contact us for any special requests, Pino will always do his best to accomodate!
